They were very helpful when FedEx did their usual fooling around. FedEx gets zero stars, but Kraso gets 5

The sellers are good, the range of goods is large, everything would be fine if the website wasn't so terrible - after the last "improvements" I, as a VAT payer, get an error when buying something, etc. It seems that the layout has changed - I can't find anything on the website, it's good that I knew what I specifically needed and that it was on offer.

The internet showed that the store/warehouse had the item (more than one item), but when I arrived at the store, it turned out that the item was out of stock. I placed an order and the item was ready for pickup within 2 or 3 business days - luckily, the warehouse was already scheduled to be replenished.

I ordered tar oil to treat the wood in my outdoor sauna. Fast and on-time international delivery. Very careful packaging: secure container with reinforced tape, plastic film, and shock-absorbing protection. High-quality product, easy and pleasant to apply. Very satisfied!

Good selection, good prices, high quality, I am very satisfied with Kraso itself. I deducted one star because the only option is GLS and the package was sent via DPD, a partner of GLS. DPD would never have delivered this package. This is a known problem because drivers don't want to look for our house number.

The product arrived very well packaged, the product information was detailed and the price was good. However, keep in mind that shipping is са.

The experience with purchases both in person and remotely is excellent. On the spot, they always kindly recommend and help you choose the best, while remotely, both the preparation and sending of the product are super fast and high-quality, everything is packed professionally, so that even the most sloppy courier brings the product flawless.

Excellent service in every way. Just the shipping costs are a little high, but Kraso has nothing to do with it, that's how it is. I'm waiting for sunny days to apply the product...

pick both in person and through the online store. Only positive reviews. the only thing is, when purchasing in the online store, the delivery options are clearly visible only when you enter your address, which in turn is completely unnecessary for receiving in the store

I will go to the store after consultation. Knowledgeable sellers gave excellent advice not only on choosing the color of the facade boards, but also on the construction of the correct frame. Due to the fact that PATA was unable to offer facade boards within the next 2 months, the consultants in the store suggested contacting the Kraso Wood department. Special thanks to Karl from Kraso Wood. Prompt offer and the boards I needed, in the required size, were delivered within 1.5 weeks. As well as primed and 2x industrially painted. Excellent service!

I have been buying Rio Verde paints in the Krāso store for a long time, which can be applied to all kinds of surfaces - wood, plastic, etc. without priming and pre-treatment. Useful for restoring both furniture and the interior of the camper. I am satisfied with both the colors and the service. I would only like to have a wider selection of colors in the Liepāja store and not have to order in an online store.

The paint online store stands out with a wide selection of products, both by type of application and by manufacturer. The selected Tikkurila Pika Teho matte paint for wooden facades goes perfectly on the previous [unknown] paint.

Opis
Rio Verde Golden Prestige Metallic to lakier nawierzchniowy o metalicznym efekcie i nowoczesnym, luksusowym wykończeniu.
- Oczyścić powierzchnię z kurzu i brudu. Jeśli stara farba złuszczyła się, zalecamy przeszlifowanie powierzchni papierem ściernym o ziarnistości 150-180. Nałożyć produkt na powierzchnię (w przypadku stosowania metody pistoletu natryskowego, rozcieńczyć produkt wodą w stosunku 10:1). Drugą warstwę można nałożyć w ciągu 12 godzin, aby uzyskać jednolitość.
Ponowne malowanie:
- Golden Prestige można pokryć błyszczącym lakierem na bazie wody dla lepszej ochrony.
