How-To Application Steps:

1. Surface Preparation: The wood substrate must be dry (moisture content 15% +/- 2%), clean, and free from grease, wax, silicone, or resin. For optimal durability on smooth surfaces, sand with 80-grit paper in the direction of the grain and round sharp edges.
2. Stir Thoroughly: Before use, stir the product well to ensure all pigments and active ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. First Coat: Apply the first coat of Pullex Silverwood FS evenly. For new timber, an all-over coating (including end grains) is recommended for maximum protection.
4. Drying: Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 12 hours. Lower temperatures or higher humidity can extend this time.
5. Finishing Coat: Apply the second and final coat. For a uniform colour shade, always use material from the same batch number on a single surface.
