To replace the spacer, proceed as follows:

1. Remove the old, worn liner and sanding material from the sanding base.
2. Place the new IP-STF-D220/48-LHS 2 225 gasket on the grinding base, aligning the screw holes.
3. Screw in and gently tighten all 8 plastic screws included in the kit using a coin or other screw.
4. Fix the selected grinding material to the surface of the StickFix spacer. Your tool is ready to use.

This spacer is indispensable when used in combination with the sanding base ST-D220/48-LHS 2 225 (Art. No. 205415).

The spacer is compatible with the following Festool long-arm sander models:

IMPORTANT: This spacer is NOT compatible with the following models:

• PLANEX LHS 225 EQ (manufactured until 09/2020)
• PLANEX LHS-E 225 EQ
