Usage

• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, and oil.
• For large, uniform surfaces or very dry conditions, lightly mist with water (approx. 5–10 g/m²).
• Clean surfaces with Kiilto Cleaner 303 and prime with Kiiltoflex Metalliprimer for optimal adhesion (recommended).
• Cut the cone end of the tube, then screw on the nozzle and cut it to the desired width, matching the joint.
• Apply the compound using a manual or compressed air gun. If necessary, smooth to the desired shape with a moistened spatula.
• Close the package carefully after use to prevent drying.
• Uncured product can be cleaned with white spirit or acetone. Cured product can only be removed mechanically.
• Note: Ambient conditions such as humidity and temperature, material moisture, and the amount of adhesive applied significantly influence skinning time and curing.
