How-To Steps

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and loose particles. Prime highly absorbent or friable surfaces. Sand glossy surfaces to a matte finish. Surface temperature must be above +5°C and relative air humidity below 80%.
2. Application: Apply directly from the bucket using a medium-pile roller. For thicker layers, apply multiple coats, allowing sufficient drying time between each.
3. Joint Filling: For plasterboard joints, apply the putty, embed a quality jointing tape, and press it in firmly with a putty knife.
4. Finishing: Once completely dry, sand the surface smooth using fine-grit sandpaper.
5. Cleaning: Clean tools with water immediately after use.

Recommendations

For subsequent wallpapering, it is recommended to prime the finished putty surface. When painting, follow the paint manufacturer’s instructions for surface preparation. Store in a dry, cool, and frost-free place in its original, tightly sealed container.
