Usage

Preparation for Raw Wood:

• Thoroughly clean the surface to remove dirt, grease, waxes, and resins.
• Sand with 150-180 grit sandpaper, then carefully remove all dust.
• Apply 2-3 coats of Rio Verde NATURAL TOPCOAT RO 3000 at 1-2 hour intervals. Lightly sand between coats with 320-400 grit sandpaper to ensure optimal adhesion and smoothness.

Preparation for Varnished Wood:

• Sand the existing varnish with 80-150 grit sandpaper to create a suitable base. Remove all dust.
• Proceed with the application as described for raw wood.

Maintenance:

• Lightly sand the surface with 220-320 grit sandpaper. Remove dust.
• Apply one coat of RO 3000. For more degraded areas, a second coat can be applied.

Special Note for High-Traffic Areas: For increased resistance to foot traffic on surfaces such as parquet, RO 3000 can be catalyzed with 5% RX 5200. Ensure the first coat is completely dry before applying subsequent catalyzed coats.
