Ensure the surface to be treated is clean, dry, and free from dirt, dust, loose material, mold, and blue stain. The wood moisture content must be below 20%.

During application and drying, maintain air, substrate, and product temperature above +18°C and relative air humidity below 70%. Good ventilation is essential for optimal results.

Stir the product carefully before use, avoiding the formation of foam. While typically used unthinned, it can be diluted with water if necessary. Allow the product to settle for a short period before application.

Application Methods:

• Airless Spraying: Nozzle tip 0.009″–0.011″ with 80–160 bar pressure.
• Air-Assisted Airless Spraying: Nozzle tip 0.009″–0.011″ with 40–120 bar pressure; atomizing air pressure 1–3 bar.
• Conventional Spraying: Nozzle tip 1.0–1.4 mm with 1.5–3 bar pressure.
• Dip and Flow Coating: Product is ready to use.

Note that wood contains natural resin and other coloring extractives, especially in knots, which may cause discoloration of the paint coat due to temperature and humidity fluctuations. Opened or tinted packaging has a shorter shelf life than unopened, untinted packaging.
