Fields of Use:

Villa Lasur is ideal for a wide range of outdoor applications. It is perfect for use on previously treated and new sawn and planed wooden surfaces above ground, such as facades, fences, weatherboards, claddings, doors, window frames, and garden furniture. It is also suitable for thermo-treated wood. However, it should not be used on interior surfaces of greenhouses.

Feature Details:

• Coverage: 4-8 m²/l for sawn wood. 8-12 m²/l for planed or logged wood.
• Application Method: Can be applied using a painting brush, spray, or dipping method.
• Tinting: The product can be tinted according to Tikkurila wood stain color cards. Tinting is necessary for UV protection, and the final shade depends on the application method and wood species.
• Drying Time (at +23°C, relative air humidity 50%): Dust dry in 4-8 hours. Recoatable in 24 hours
• Cleaning: Use Special Solvent for cleaning painting tools from liquid paint residues immediately after use.
• Storage: Store in a tightly closed original container. Poorly closed containers do not withstand long storage. Unaffected by cold storage or transport.
• Solid Content: Approximately 20% v/v
• Density: About 0.9 kg/l (ISO 2811)

Villa Lasur should be used as part of a coating system to ensure optimal performance. Start with surface preparation, cleaning, and priming with Villa Protekt. Apply 1-2 layers of Villa Lasur, ensuring even coverage and attention to edges and ends of the wooden object.
