Payment Terms

1) Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Card payments (credit and debit)

  • PayPal

  • Paysera

  • Stripe

  • Bank Transfer (prepayment invoice)

All online transactions are processed securely by trusted providers using encryption and PCI DSS standards.

2) When You Are Charged

  • Card / PayPal / Paysera / Stripe: Your account is charged immediately upon order confirmation.

  • Bank Transfer: Orders are processed once payment is received.

    • Pro-forma invoices are valid for 5 business days. If payment is not received within this period, the order is automatically cancelled.

3) Prices, Currency & VAT

  • All prices are displayed in EUR (€).

  • EU Consumers: VAT is applied according to the delivery country’s VAT rate. The final VAT amount is displayed at checkout after the delivery address is entered.

  • EU Business Customers (B2B): If a valid and verified VAT ID is provided, the reverse charge mechanism applies and invoices are issued without VAT.

  • Delivery and shipping charges are itemized separately at checkout and on the invoice.

4) Invoicing

  • An invoice is issued for every order.

  • B2B Customers: Please ensure your legal company name, address, and VAT ID are correct. VAT IDs are verified in real time.

  • We reserve the right to request additional information before processing an order.

5) Security & Fraud Prevention

  • We may refuse or cancel orders if fraud is suspected or if payment cannot be verified.

  • Customers initiating chargebacks without contacting us first may experience delays in refunds or dispute resolution.

6) Refunds Timeline

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 14 days of return confirmation or claim approval, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
