Usage

Preparation:

• Concrete: Ensure the surface is dry and free from dirt, oil, and other contaminants. The cement skin must be removed, for example, by sanding, sandblasting, or acid washing.
• Previously Painted Surfaces: The surface must be sanded, and all loose paint thoroughly removed to ensure optimal adhesion.
• Other Surfaces: Must be dry, clean, and free from grease, oil, and dirt.
• Highly-Porous Materials: Should be primed with Hagmans Primer EP for best results.

Directions for Use:

1. Mixing: Combine equal parts by volume of Component A and Component B. Mix carefully until a uniform, even grey color is achieved.
2. Mixing Small Amounts: For quantities up to approximately 1 kg, mix by hand using a rectangular mixing paddle.
3. Mixing Larger Amounts: For larger quantities, use an electric or pneumatic mixing machine, such as a low-speed drill equipped with suitable mixing blades. A splash guard is recommended to prevent splatter.
4. Application: Apply the mixed filler using a steel or rubber putty knife.
5. Smoothing: After approximately 3 hours of curing, the filler may be smoothed with a suitable tool moistened with water. At this point, other Hagmans epoxy products may also be applied.
6. Tool Cleaning: Clean tools immediately after use with Cellulosaförtunning (cellulose thinner) or other appropriate thinners.
