Shipping & Delivery Policy

1) Shipping Coverage
We ship across the EU and selected European countries. Any country restrictions or surcharges (islands/remote areas) are shown at checkout. If delivery to a specific country is not possible, the buyer will be informed before completing the order.
- By the beneficial delivery to your doors throughout the territory of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland (except postcodes beginning with: 22xxx), France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal ( except Azores islands, postcodes beginning with: 9xxx ), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain ( except Balearic Islands), Sweden.

The buyer chooses the delivery method during checkout.
3) Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times vary depending on destination:

Within Latvia: usually 1–3 business days

Within the EU: usually 3–7 business days

Non-EU destinations: delivery time may vary

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs clearance.
4) Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.

The exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout before confirming the order.

Promotional offers such as “free shipping” may apply under specific conditions (e.g. minimum order value).
5) Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details (if available for your chosen delivery method).

Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to activate.
6) Address accuracy & missed deliveries
Please provide a complete, accurate address and ensure someone can receive the parcel. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address or non-collection, shipping fees are non-refundable. We can re-ship once additional postage is paid.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accurate and accessible.

If the courier cannot deliver due to incorrect address information or the buyer’s absence, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
7) Damaged, missing, or lost parcels

Please check the package condition upon delivery. If visibly damaged, request the courier to record it immediately.

If your package is lost or severely damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@kraso.com.

Verified cases will be resolved by replacement or refund.
8) Customs & duties (non-EU only)
If we ship outside the EU, local taxes/duties may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
9) VAT
For consumers in the EU, VAT is applied at the rate of the delivery country (destination principle). For verified EU business customers with a valid VAT ID, goods and shipping are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge). See Payment Terms.
