I am satisfied with KRASO's service.The ordered wood protection oil arrived safely packed in Germany after less than a week. I will order soon the next batch.
When choosing the colour, it would be helpful if KRASO/Tikkurila offered a designation like "Oak dark" or similar in addition to the colour chart.

The sellers are good, the range of goods is large, everything would be fine if the website wasn't so terrible - after the last "improvements" I, as a VAT payer, get an error when buying something, etc. It seems that the layout has changed - I can't find anything on the website, it's good that I knew what I specifically needed and that it was on offer.

The internet showed that the store/warehouse had the item (more than one item), but when I arrived at the store, it turned out that the item was out of stock. I placed an order and the item was ready for pickup within 2 or 3 business days - luckily, the warehouse was already scheduled to be replenished.

Good selection, good prices, high quality, I am very satisfied with Kraso itself. I deducted one star because the only option is GLS and the package was sent via DPD, a partner of GLS. DPD would never have delivered this package. This is a known problem because drivers don't want to look for our house number.

I will go to the store after consultation. Knowledgeable sellers gave excellent advice not only on choosing the color of the facade boards, but also on the construction of the correct frame. Due to the fact that PATA was unable to offer facade boards within the next 2 months, the consultants in the store suggested contacting the Kraso Wood department. Special thanks to Karl from Kraso Wood. Prompt offer and the boards I needed, in the required size, were delivered within 1.5 weeks. As well as primed and 2x industrially painted. Excellent service!

I have been buying Rio Verde paints in the Krāso store for a long time, which can be applied to all kinds of surfaces - wood, plastic, etc. without priming and pre-treatment. Useful for restoring both furniture and the interior of the camper. I am satisfied with both the colors and the service. Paint i ordered is ok,but prices are way too high.iam buying afew years the sane paint,and two year ago it cost two times cheeper than now.also if you buy more than 100e,delivery was free.now it cost14 euros.so two years ago i pay 108e for 18 ltr of paint,now it cosmore than 200.its not normal.

Caparol CapaGrund Universal primer white pigmented, highly water vapour permeable special primer for covering priming coats before applying emulsion-, silicone resin- and silicate-emulsion paints on mineral substrates and on existing synthetic (organic) renders/plasters and external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS/EWI systems). Also suitable as a priming coat for solvent-borne polymer resin paints.
Due to SolSilan technology CapaGrund Universal / CapaGrund Universal-W are highly water-repellent and minimise the risk of calcareous efflorescence when applying tinted finishing coats on alkaline finishing renders/plasters (mortar groups PIc, PII, PIII) and concrete.
- Ready-for-use.
- Water-dilutable, ecologically compatible, low odour.
- Promotes adhesion.
- Forms a suitable substrate for subsequently applied silicate-emulsion paints.
- Highly diffusion-capable, sd H2O 0.06 m according to DIN EN 1062.
- Low water permeability, w-value 0.05 [kg/(m2·h0,5)] according to DIN EN 1062.
