Usage

For optimal results, always begin by thoroughly reading the label instructions. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and firm. Remove loose old paint by brushing or scraping. Wash previously painted surfaces with an appropriate cleaner and rinse well with water.

Pre-painting: Oil new or unpainted wood surfaces with a suitable primer oil (KRASO KOLOREX PRIMING OIL), paying special attention to end grains and timber joints. Prime these surfaces with an outdoor primer (KRASO KOLOREX Primer Aqua).

Painting: Stir the paint well from the bottom before use. Apply two thin coats, allowing a minimum of 12 hours drying time between coats. Avoid painting on warm, sunlit surfaces or if there is a risk of rain/dew within 4–6 hours after application. Do not paint if the temperature is below +5°C. For the best finish, use a soft, fully synthetic brush.

Post-painting & Maintenance: Clean tools thoroughly with water immediately after use. Seal the paint tin carefully and store it out of reach of children. Do not dispose of liquid residues down the drain; take them to a local collection point. Clean painted surfaces with a damp cloth and mild cleaning liquid.
