How-To Steps

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and firm. Wash previously painted surfaces with an anti-mould cleaning agent, rinse thoroughly with water, and allow to dry completely. Scrape away any loose or flaking paint. Treat any visible mould or mildew with a suitable fungicide.
2. Priming: On new, bare wood, prime end grains with two coats of Colorex Grund H2O or a similar priming oil. Apply one full coat of Colorex Utegrund Aqua primer to all surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion and durability.
3. Application: Stir Colorex Titan thoroughly before use. Apply 2 even coats using a high-quality brush, roller, or airless sprayer. Allow 2-4 hours of drying time between coats. Avoid painting on hot surfaces, in direct sunlight, or if rain is imminent.

Recommendations

For optimal protection and longevity, a two-coat system over a properly primed surface is essential. Pay special attention to thoroughly coating end grains, joints, and edges. Clean all tools with water immediately after use.
