Usage

Preparation:

Ensure all dirt and contamination are thoroughly removed from the surface. For optimal results, use a cleaning machine with a scouring pad combined with wet-vacuuming. Hagmans Degreasing Shampoo can facilitate easier cleaning. When overcoating existing varnish, the surface must be sanded matt, and all loose varnish removed to ensure proper adhesion.

Mixing:

Mix Component A and Component B in 1:1 proportions by weight. Small amounts (up to approx. 1 kg) can be mixed manually with a rectangular mixing paddle. For larger quantities, use an electric or pneumatic mixing machine, such as a low-speed drilling machine equipped with suitable mixing blades. A splash guard is recommended. Once mixed, the pot life is a maximum of 4 hours.

Application:

Apply the varnish using a paintbrush or roller. Ensure adequate ventilation to allow water to evaporate before the varnish hardens. High atmospheric humidity (above 85%) may result in a dull and blotchy surface. It is crucial to apply the varnish evenly and thinly, never exceeding 125 g/m² (equivalent to 8 m²/kg) to prevent water inclusion. Avoid overcoating wet on wet. Minimum floor temperature during application must be +12°C.

Cleaning Equipment:

Paintbrushes and other equipment can be cleaned with water. Always use protective gloves during handling and application.
