Usage

• Ensure surfaces to be bonded are free of dust, grease, and oil. For optimal adhesion, cleaning with Kiilto Cleaner 303 and priming with Kiiltoflex Metalliprimer is recommended.
• When bonding large, uniform surfaces or working in very dry conditions, lightly mist surfaces with water (approx. 5–10 g/m²).
• Cut the cone tip of the cartridge. Screw on the nozzle and cut it to the desired size, matching the joint width.
• Apply the sealant with a manual or compressed air gun. If necessary, smooth the applied sealant into the desired shape with a moistened spatula.
• After use, carefully reseal the packaging. Uncured product can be cleaned with white spirit or acetone. Cured product can only be removed mechanically.
• Note that environmental conditions, such as air humidity and temperature, the material and moisture of the bonding area, and the amount of adhesive applied, significantly affect skinning time and the curing process.
