How-To Steps

For industrial use only. Ensure the wood surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, with a moisture content below 20%. Sand surfaces with P150-320 paper. Apply over the recommended primer, Fontefire WF Clear. Stir lacquer carefully before use. Application conditions: air, substrate, and paint temperatures must be above +18°C, and relative humidity must be below 70%. For airless spraying, thin 0–5% to a viscosity of 45-65s (DIN4); use a 0.011″-0.015″ nozzle tip at 80-160 bar pressure. For conventional spraying, thin to 0-5% and adjust to a viscosity of 45-60s (DIN 4); use a 1.4-1.8 mm nozzle at 2-3 bar pressure.

This product is intended for professional and industrial use only. To achieve the B-s1, d0 fire classification, it must be used as a top coat for Fontefire WF Clear. Always ensure good ventilation during application and drying. Store in a cool, dry place and protect from frost. Opened packaging has a more limited shelf life.
