Caparol Mureskofacade paint is a high-quality solution for smooth and textured facade surfaces. Thanks to the unique SilaCryl® binder, this paint offers excellent building physical properties—a mineral-like appearance, highly effective moisture repellency, and high water vapour permeability. Muresko is ideal for new builds and renovations of existing building facades, offering long-lasting protection and an aesthetically pleasing finish.

• Excellent moisture resistance (W3 according to DIN EN 1062): Effectively protects building structures from the effects of moisture.
• High water vapour permeability (V1 according to DIN EN 1062): Allows walls to “breathe”, reducing the risk of condensation.
• Broad tint spectrum: Tintable in the ColorExpress system in a wide range of colours, maintaining the weather resistance of the tints (BFS reminder No 26, Class B).
• Weather-resistant: Provides long-lasting protection against environmental influences, including UV radiation and rain.
• Algae and fungi protection: Contains special additives to protect the paint film against the growth of micro-organisms.
• Good adhesion and stability: Adheres firmly to various substrates, is resistant to dropping.
• Easy to apply: Dilutable with water, virtually odourless, environmentally friendly.
• Matt finish (G3): Stylish, non-gloss surface.

Application:

Caparol Muresko is suitable for high-quality, matt coatings on a variety of facade surfaces, including:

• Thermal insulation systems (ETICS) for new and renovations are made of synthetic resin, silicate, silicone resin, or lime-cement render.
• Mineral plasters and paints.
• Concrete.
• Aerated concrete (particularly suitable for renovation of old load-bearing aerated concrete overlays).
• Cement-bonded particleboard.
• Brickwork.
• Existing dispersion, silicate, and silicone resin paint coatings.

Application and Consumption:

Paint is to be applied with a brush or roller. Substrates must be clean, dry, and stable. The recommended coating structure includes a primer/intercoat (Muresko diluted or OptiSilan TiefGrund) and a topcoat (Muresko diluted).
For optimum protection against algae and fungi, applying two coats with a total consumption is recommended 400 ml/m².

• Consumption: approx. 200 ml/m² in one coat on smooth surfaces. Consumption may be higher on rough or highly absorbent surfaces. We recommend a sample application for an accurate determination of consumption.
• Application temperature: +5°C to +30°C (material, air, substrate).
• Drying time: At +20°C and 65% humidity, the topcoat is dry in 4-6 hours, completely dry in 3 days.

Certification and compliance:

The product complies with DIN EN 1062 and DIN 4108. Colour shade fastness according to BFS recommendation 26.
Muresko is a “treated product” according to EU Regulation 528/2012. It contains biocidal active substances (octylinone (ISO), terbutryn, reaction mass from C(M)IT/MIT) to protect the paint film against algae and fungi.

Keep the packaging or label handy in case of medical advice. Keep away from children. Do not inhale vapours. Avoid release into the environment. Use protective gloves or eye/face protection. Dispose of contents/container according to local regulations.
