• VOC Content: 0 g/L (EU VOC limit value for this product (2004/42/EC, cat jWB, 2010): 140 g/L)
• Consumption: Approximately 6m² per litre for one layer.
• Layer Thickness: Approximately 50 µm.
• Density (Mixed Product): 1.23 kg/L .
• Processing Conditions: Apply at temperatures above +5°C and relative humidity below 80%.
• Drying Time: The surface is typically ready for tape removal within 1 hour after application. It becomes tack-free in approximately 4 hours.
• Curing Time: Allow the painted surface to cure for 5 days before writing on it with dry-erase markers.
• Mixing & Pot Life: After mixing the two components, the paint should be applied within 1 hour. (Shelf life of unmixed, closed components: 36 months).
• Available Units: 0.5L and 1L.

Application Guidelines:

• For optimal results, the surface must be solid, clean, dry, and free from grease, dust, and rust. Repair any imperfections and lightly sand for a smooth finish; a smooth, even surface is critical for writable products. SketchPaint can be applied directly to wood-like surfaces. For other substrates, a suitable primer is recommended.
• Stir component B thoroughly before adding the complete content of component A. Mix the two components for at least three minutes. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, stir again, and then apply. Apply in one even layer using long, overlapping strokes, avoiding excessive re-rolling.

• Low VOC: Contains 0 g/L VOC, well below the EU limit of 140 g/L (2004/42/EC, cat jWB, 2010).
• Safety: Free of formaldehyde, APEO, lead, and asbestos. Contains no substances classified as carcinogenic or mutagenic according to Regulation (EC) NO. 1272/2008.
• Fire Safety: Classified as B – s1,d0.
