Usage

Surfaces must be free of dust, grease, and oil. For large, uniform surfaces or very dry conditions, lightly spray with water (approx. 5–10 g/m²). It is recommended to clean surfaces with Kiilto Cleaner 303 and prime with Kiiltoflex Metalliprimer.

Cut the cone tip of the tube. Screw the extrusion nozzle onto the extrusion and cut it to the desired length, corresponding to the joint width. Apply the adhesive with a manually operated or compressed air gun and, if necessary, smooth it to the desired shape with a moistened spatula. After use, carefully seal the packaging.

Uncured product can be cleaned with white spirit or acetone. Cured product can only be removed mechanically. Ambient conditions, such as air humidity and temperature, the material and moisture of the bonding surface, and the amount of adhesive applied, significantly affect skin formation time and curing.
