Physical Properties:

• Solid Content: 25% ± 2
• Specific Gravity: 0.94 ± 0.03 g/cm³
• Application Viscosity: 35 ± 5 seconds (DIN 4 at 23°C)
• Shelf Life: Unlimited (homogenize product well before use after prolonged storage)

Mixing & Preparation (by Weight):

• Product (JO-XXM750): 100 parts
• Hardener (FC—M070): 30 parts
• Thinner (DF—M002, DF—M008): 20 – 40 parts
• Pot Life: 6 hours at 20°C

(Note: The mixing ratio by volume is the same as by weight.)

Application Guidelines:

• Recommended Application Method: Spray (Airless, Airmix, or Conventional)
• Substrate Preparation: For optimal anti-yellowing performance, use with Renner JL—M070 or JL—M071 sealers. Alternatively, it can be applied directly over any high-quality PU, polyester, or UV basecoat.
• Number of Coats: Maximum of 2
• Recommended Application Weight: Maximum 120 g/m² per coat

Drying Schedule (at 20°C and 45-65% RH, based on 100 g/m²):

• Dust Free: 20 minutes
• Touch Free: 40 minutes

For 1 liter (1000 ml) of JO-XXM750 Base Coat, you should add:

• Hardener (FC—M070): 300 ml (which is 30% of the base product volume)
• Thinner (DF—M002): 200 ml to 400 ml (which is 20% to 40% of the base product volume)

Important Notes for the Applicator:

• Thinner Amount: The amount of thinner you add (between 200 ml and 400 ml) will depend on your spray equipment, ambient temperature, and desired application viscosity. It is recommended to start with a lower amount (e.g., 200 ml) and add more if needed to achieve optimal atomization and flow.
• Pot Life: Once the hardener is mixed with the product, you have a pot life of 6 hours to use the mixture.
• Homogenize: Always stir the base product thoroughly before mixing to ensure any settled components are re-integrated.
