How-To Steps

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contamination. For steel, blast clean to grade Sa2½ (ISO 8501-1). For primed surfaces, remove all oil, grease, and salt.
2. Application Conditions: Ambient temperature, surface, and paint should not fall below +5°C. Relative humidity should not exceed 80%. Steel surface temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point.
3. Mixing & Thinning: Stir the product carefully. For airless spraying, thin approximately 5-8% with Thinner 1006 or 1053.
4. Application: Apply using airless spray with a 0.011″-0.015″ nozzle tip at 120-180 bar pressure. Also suitable for electrostatic application.
