Usage

Surface Preparation: All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, salts, and dirt (ISO 12944-4). Steel surfaces should be blast cleaned to grade Sa2½ (ISO 8501-1). If blast cleaning is not possible, phosphating is recommended for cold-rolled steel to enhance adhesion. For primed surfaces, remove any contamination and repair damage to the primer coat, observing the primer’s overcoating time.

Application Conditions: The temperature of the ambient air, surface, and paint should not fall below +5ºC during application and drying. Relative humidity should not exceed 80% during application and drying. The surface temperature of steel must remain at least 3°C above the dew point. Ensure good ventilation and sufficient air movement in confined areas.

Application Method: Stir the product thoroughly before use. For airless spraying, thin the product approximately 5–15%. Recommended nozzle tip is 0.011″–0.015″ and pressure 120–180 bar. The spray angle should be chosen according to the object’s shape.
