Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
2. How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email to info@kraso.com or in writing to:

You may use the EU Standard Withdrawal Form, but it is not mandatory.
3. Conditions for Returns

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

The following goods cannot be returned:

Custom-mixed or tinted paints are prepared individually according to your order.

Goods whose packaging has been opened or damaged and cannot be resold for health, hygiene, or safety reasons.

Goods that have been improperly stored, damaged, or altered after delivery.

4. Return Shipping

The Buyer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods, unless otherwise agreed.

If goods are returned due to a defect or our error, KRASO will cover the return costs.

Please use a reliable delivery method. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
5. Refunds

Refunds include the purchase price of goods and the original standard delivery cost (if applicable).

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option, we will only refund the standard delivery cost.

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive another product, please place a new order after the refund has been processed.
7. Defective or Damaged Goods
If the goods are defective, damaged on delivery, or not as described, please get in touch with us immediately at info@kraso.com.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under EU consumer protection laws.
8. Business Customers
The right of withdrawal described above applies only to consumers. Business customers (B2B) are not entitled to voluntary returns unless otherwise agreed in writing.
